These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ethosschooloftennis.com and the courses and digital products offered by ethös school of tennis ("ethös", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying a product you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ethös provides digital tennis education, including courses, masterclasses, and coaching materials delivered online. Content is for personal instructional use.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to buy or use the Service. You agree to give accurate information, keep your login details secure, and take responsibility for activity on your account.

3. Your license to the content

When you buy a product we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access that content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your login, resell, redistribute, publicly display, copy, or create derivative works from the content.

4. Purchases, billing, and subscriptions

Prices are shown in US dollars. One-time purchases give you access as described at the time of sale. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. Refunds

Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are generally final. If something is wrong with your purchase, email us at hello@ethosschooloftennis.com within 7 days and we will work with you in good faith to make it right.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and materials in the Service are owned by ethös school of tennis and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license above, you receive no rights to our content or trademarks.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to share account access, copy or distribute the content, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
